This is “Hoshun,” a kabuse-cha from Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture.
It features a vibrant green hue reminiscent of young leaves and a deep, umami-rich flavor akin to dashi broth.
A subtle bitterness quietly emerges from beneath the gentle sweetness, leaving a beautiful, lingering aftertaste.
It is a pure and elegant tea that seems to reflect the atmosphere of early summer.

Recommended Brewing Method:
For one serving: Use approximately 5g of tea leaves per 90cc of water.
For multiple people: Add 2g of tea leaves and 90cc of water per person.
1st Infusion: 80°C, 1 minute
2nd Infusion: 90°C, 30 seconds
3rd Infusion: 90°C, 30 seconds
