Bank Transfer and Convenience Store Payment
As a general rule, please note that you cannot specify an arrival date for bank transfers and convenience store payments.
Paidy (Deferred Payment)
Through Paidy, please make a lump-sum payment for one month's usage and pay at a convenience store or by bank transfer by the 10th of the following month.
PayPal
Please select and agree to the payment method on PayPal's side.
Delivery Time of Items
For domestic shipments, as a general rule, delivery will be made within one week after receipt of order. We will inform you of the scheduled delivery date and time in advance.
In the case of payment by bank transfer or convenience store payment, delivery will be made within one week after confirmation of payment.
You can specify the date and time of delivery according to your preference. You can specify the date and time from 3 business days after the date of your order.
Please note that the delivery of products may be delayed due to bad weather or traffic conditions or Yamato Transport's delivery status.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace it.
Please note that if you contact us more than one week after receiving the product, we will not be able to replace the product in principle.
