Roasted tea is roasted green tea. Like coffee, tea can be enjoyed in a variety of flavors depending on the degree of roasting and the tea leaves used. Sakurai Japanese Tea Experience is researching the possibilities of roasted tea by roasting tea leaves at our own facilities at different stages of heating and different varieties.
