This year harvested “Yabukita” tea arrived from Higashishirakawa Village, Gifu Prefecture.
It is a lively mountain tea with an impressive sweetness but also a strong core flavor.
The sharp astringent taste gradually appears in the first and second brewing, so you can enjoy the changes.
It is also a good match for sweet Japanese sweets and meals, so please enjoy it with them.

add 2g tea + 90ml water for each additional serving.
1st brew - 80℃/176℉, 1 minute
2nd brew - 90℃/194℉, 30 seconds
3rd brew - 90℃/194℉, 30 seconds
