Aged "Yabukita" produced in Higashi-shirakawa Village, Gifu is made into a roasted tea.
You can enjoy full-bodied sweetness like bitter chocolate and a sour aroma reminiscent of blackberry-like fruit.
This tea has a rich astringent taste with a floral, honey-like flavor.
