The aroma opens with the comforting fragrance of freshly grilled corn, followed by subtle notes reminiscent of ripened rice and oak casks. The gentle sweetness of corn harmonizes beautifully with the mellow umami of the oolong, leaving a soft, lingering finish that recalls monaka wafers and creamy corn potage. Recommended brewing method:
For one serving, use approximately 3 g of tea leaves and 90 ml of water.
For each additional serving, add 1.5 g of tea leaves and 90 ml of water.
1st brew: 90℃, 1 minute
2nd brew: 90℃, 1 minute
3rd brew: 90℃, 1 minute
