We've combined "Awa Bancha," a post-fermented tea from Kamikatsu Town, Tokushima Prefecture, with "Sannen Bancha" from Gokase, Miyazaki Prefecture, sansho leaves, and loquat leaves.

The gentle acidity from the lactic fermentation of Awa Bancha envelops a subtle sweetness reminiscent of root vegetables, resulting in a mellow and profoundly flavorful taste.

A refreshing apple-like aroma rises as the top note, harmonizing with the gentle sweetness of loquat leaves, the roasted fragrance of Sannen Bancha, and the pure aftertaste of sansho leaves, creating a profound and complex cup.

 Recommended Brewing Instructions:
