Description:

The three major gyokuro producing areas in Japan are Uji in Kyoto, Yame in Fukuoka, and Asahina in Shizuoka.

Gyokuro is a tradition Japanese tea that has a seaweed-like aroma due to the unique cultivation where the tea leaves are shaded by straw mat or synthetic cloth.

Gyokuro from Uji, you can enjoy its thick “Umami” amidst the roasted aromatics so you might even think it is like a soup.
Gyokuro from Yame, it has a perfect balance between the “Umami” and the sweetness, and it tastes so elegant.
Gyokuro from Asahina, it has the refreshing aromatics and the light astringency creating a rich aftertaste.

Instruction:
Approximately 7g tea per serving,
add 2g tea for each additional serving.
1st brew - 35℃/95℉, 30cc, 3 minutes
2nd brew - 35℃/95℉, 30cc, 3 minutes
3rd brew - 90℃/194℉, 90cc, 30 seconds
