This is a fermented tea "Kurocha (Black tea)" from Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture.

It is a unique tea produced at the foot of the sacred mountain ‘Ishizuchi’, inheriting a production method that has been used since the Edo period.

The tea is fermented in two stages, from aerobic fermentation by filamentous fungi to secondary fermentation by lactic acid bacteria.

It has a fresh, fruity aroma like that of plums and a strong acidity that gives it a clean, refreshing taste.

The low caffeine content makes it easy to drink before bed, and is highly recommended for those who have trouble with caffeine.

Instruction:
2g tea + 90ml water per serving,
add 2g tea + 90ml water for each additional serving.
1st brew - 90℃/194℉, 1 minute
2nd brew - 90℃/194℉, 1 minute
3rd brew - 90℃/194℉, 1 minute
