We've blended Saitama Prefecture's Iruma City black tea "Yumewakaba" with apple and edible flower.

The blend features a vibrant, milky black tea flavor perfectly balanced with the subtle bitterness of edible flower, creating a tea that evokes the arrival of spring. Ingredients: Black tea Yumewakaba (Iruma, Saitama)
                    Apple (Aomori)
                    Edible flower (Nara)

Instruction:
2g tea + 90ml water per serving,
add 1.5g tea + 90ml water for each additional serving.
1st brew - 90℃/194℉, 1 minute
2nd brew - 90℃/194℉, 1 minute
3rd brew - 90℃/194℉, 1 minute

This black tea is a charming tea with a milky sweetness within its gorgeous aroma.

The bitterness of edible flower is impressive, and you can feel a fresh spring-like taste in the green notes. You can also enjoy a refreshing aroma reminiscent of coniferous pine trees.

Its taste, which is as sweet as honey and has a caramel-like aroma, is just like a tarte tatin.
