The seasonal ingredients chosen are orange peel, rosemary, spearmint, and hops. Each possesses a refreshing quality. This combination lends richness to the flavor, while the addition of rosemary and spearmint creates a spicy aftertaste. The hops support the refreshing sensation and bitter notes.
