This blend combines Fermented tea “Awabancha” from Kamikatsu Town, Tokushima Prefecture, with roasted yuzu seeds and Japanese orange peel.

Upon opening the package, a charming aroma reminiscent of Orangette greets you. The mellow sourness and sweetness of Awabancha harmoniously blend with the citrus ingredients.

3g tea + 90ml water per serving,
add 1.5g tea + 90ml water for each additional serving.

This winter solstice blend features Tokushima Prefecture's Fermented tea, “Awabancha.”

“Awabancha” is produced in a small village within Kamikatsu Town. Larger tea leaves picked around June each year are boiled and then undergo lactic acid fermentation, resulting in a fruity, light sourness that is delightful to enjoy.

This sourness pairs exceptionally well with citrus ingredients, seeming to accentuate the distinct flavor profiles of both the yuzu seeds and Japanese orange "Mikan" peel.

You can enjoy a charming, floral aroma reminiscent of orangette or roses.

Furthermore, the roasted yuzu seeds impart a fragrant, deep nuance, much like high-cacao chocolate.
