“Okumidori” stem Hojicha made in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, is combined with freeze-dried Japanese pears and lemon peel.
The aroma of the hojicha is sweet and fragrant, like the aroma of autumn leaves on the ground, and the fresh taste of pears in season is pleasant.

Instruction:
3g tea + 90ml water per serving,
add 1.5g tea + 90ml water for each additional serving.
1st brew - 90℃/194℉, 50 seconds
2nd brew - 90℃/194℉, 50 seconds
3rd brew - 90℃/194℉, 50 seconds

Nishi Seicha, which produces organically grown tea in Kagoshima Prefecture, has roasted "Okumidori" tea by ourselves.
The stems of "Tencha," the raw material for matcha, are also roasted, resulting in a tea that is both toasted and sweet.
This blend has a complex aroma reminiscent of herbs, such as cardamom, and a fresh, cool sensation as if fresh pears had been added directly to the tea.
