This blend combines Karigane Green tea “Goko,” crafted in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, with Evening primrose and Kuromoji branch.

Kuromoji branch (Shimane)

Instruction:
3g tea + 90ml water per serving,
add 1.5g tea + 90ml water for each additional serving.
1st brew - 90℃/194℉, 30 seconds
2nd brew - 90℃/194℉, 30 seconds
3rd brew - 90℃/194℉, 30 seconds

Kangane refers to the tea made from the stems sifted out during the production of high-grade teas like Gyokuro.
This “Goko” Kangane from Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture, offers an elegant taste where you can enjoy umami and a clean aftertaste.
The addition of autumn-like moonflower and blackberry branches imparts a refreshing, floral bergamot-like aroma and a sweet, fragrant baked-goods flavor.
A subtle, sweet-and-sour berry-like acidity can also be enjoyed, along with a refreshing, menthol-like aftertaste.
