Based on “Yamatomidori” from Tsukigase, Nara Prefecture, it is blended with persimmons and persimmon leaves.
The deep green aroma has a mild sweetness like ripe fruit. It also has a slightly fragrant aroma of fallen leaves and a pleasant aftertaste.
