ASAHIYAKI Pottery has been producing numerous tea ceremony wares in Uji, Kyoto for over 400 years. A special version of the “Hohin” was made for us.

A Hohin is a teapot without a handle, and has been used mainly as a ware for brewing Sencha.
The mouth of this is beautifully curved and 150 holes are carefully drilled in the body by skilled craftsmen. This elaborate craftsmanship brings out the full flavor, color, and aroma of the tea.

Shipping and Delivery

If the total amount of the ordered items per delivery address is 5,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping will be free.

We have entrusted the delivery of our products to Yamato Transport.

Please note that we do not provide wrapping paper.
