This is a Fresh-finished (rough) tea made on Tanegashima, Kagoshima Prefecture, from “Shuntaro,” the first new tea produced in Japan.

"Fresh-finished” means that the tea is freshly made without the final drying process, and has a fresh flavor as if you can taste the tea leaves straight from the tea plantation. Only now is the time to enjoy the fresh air and the fragrance of the tea factory. Please enjoy the fresh taste of spring.

*This product is rough tea. Please note that this product has a shorter shelf life of 3 months than regular sencha because it contains more water than regular sencha.

5g tea + 90ml water per serving,
add 2g tea + 90ml water for each additional serving.
1st brew - 80℃/176℉, 50 seconds
2nd brew - 80℃/176℉, 30 seconds
3rd brew - 90℃/194℉, 30 seconeds
